We understand there are several approaches to selling properties and offer our expertise to help you pick the best one for you. Creating win-win solutions to acquire properties and offers excellent returns for our lending partners and investors through utilizing our years of real estate experience and our established systems to locate, analyze and exit deals, throughout the Washington DC, Metropolitan region, Maryland and Northern Virginia, will also acquire properties in strategic markets throughout the U.S.

• In our Commercial Investment Division, Purchase, hold and sell commercial income producing properties.
